The SENSE Experts and members of the ICASiPM working groups were invited to discuss latest developments in photosensors in relation to the SENSE Roadmap. During this very productive Meeting in Vienna we had engaging presentations and discussions on the Roadmap.
The talks covered all aspects of the current Roadmap and ended with a slide specific to this giving new input. But also new interested parties are very welcome and with Andrey Formzov's contribution on low-light detection in neurobiology a new aspect was introduced. Now we will begin the work to incorporate the valuable input into the SENSE Roadmap to give final recommendations.
During the meeting it could be clearly seen that the expert group has now grown closely together and the wish for further regular exchange was expressed by all. This raised the discussion how SENSE could be continued in the future after the end of the project.
