The Spring Meeting of the German Physical Society (DPG Frühjahrstagung) of the Matter and Cosmos Section took place in Würzburg, Germany from 19th to 23rd of March 2018. We participated with a booth to the accompanying exhibition of physical equipment and literature from 20th to 22nd.

DPG stand.jpgOn a poster we showed the results from WP2 measurements and also had the characterized SiPMs on our table. We also had a simple showcase experiment with the signal of a SiPM readout by an USB-oscilloscope and displayed on a screen. Many people were attracted by our "wavelength shifting fiber whisk" that we plan to use for a students experiment. You will probably read more about this on our website soon!

We explained the visitors the idea of the SENSE project, which was met with high interest, and invited them to join the SENSE forum on the website and the TechForum. Interested people were provided with an updated broschure and a flyer about our Roadmap, both is also available here: https://www.sense-pro.org/documents

Hopefully many of you will stay in contact with us and join to develop the ultimate LLL sensor!
